Footwork: the split step and recovery
The movement base behind every good stroke — and the habit most players skip.
Coaching videos & learning hub
A growing library of technique demonstrations, drills, warm-ups and fitness guidance — organised by sport, age group, level and topic, so practice at home has a purpose.
Why a learning hub
Players improve faster when they can see the movement, rehearse it simply at home and come back with a specific question. The hub is built to support that loop — not to replace coaching.
The library is being produced in phases: free public technique videos first, then structured member content and coach-led programmes. Access will be announced here and on our social channels.
Launch status: the video library is in production. The topics below are planned and will open progressively; there are no published videos on this page yet.
