We collect only the information needed to respond to an enquiry, arrange a programme and operate it safely.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address.
• Programme details: sport, player age group, preferred location, preferred timings and any message you send.
• Facility, community or institutional enquiries: organisation name, site location, project type and requirements.
• Career applications: role of interest, sport, qualifications, experience, location and any CV link you provide.

How it is used

To respond to your enquiry, confirm programme or venue availability, arrange demo sessions, prepare proposals, administer enrolments and communicate operational information. We do not sell personal information.

How forms work on this website

This website does not store form submissions in a database. When you submit an enquiry, the details you entered are formatted into a message and opened in WhatsApp so you can send them to our team. If an email or telephone link is used, the information is delivered through that channel. Please review the message before sending it.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with team members and service providers who need it to respond to your enquiry or deliver a programme — for example hosting, communication and payment providers. Where required, we share information with professional advisers or authorities. We do not publish student phone numbers, personal records or attendance data.

Retention and security

Enquiry and application information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law and legitimate record-keeping. Access is limited to authorised team members. No online transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through the website form.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set its own marketing cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on location and contact pages, an embedded Google Map. Those providers may receive your IP address and technical request information under their own privacy terms. If website analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided, or withdraw consent for future contact, by writing to info@deshwinsports.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or safeguarding reasons.

Children's information

Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. Identifiable images or videos of minors are published only with appropriate parent or guardian consent.

This website is operated by DeshWin Sports, the sports brand of DeshWin Global Private Limited.

• Content is provided for general information about our programmes and services. It is not a binding offer, quotation or guarantee of availability.
• Fees shown on this website are indicative and must be confirmed in writing before payment. Programme schedules, venues and inclusions are confirmed at enrolment.
• Facility and academy services are scoped and agreed in writing. Structural design, statutory approvals and specialist engineering are handled by qualified professionals and appropriately licensed contractors where required.
• Text, layout, graphics and branding on this website belong to DeshWin Global Private Limited or are used with permission. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without written consent.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use forms to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• External links, including social media and maps, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Telangana.

Fee & refund policy

Fees, cancellations and refunds are confirmed in writing before enrolment. The version provided with your enrolment confirmation applies to your programme.

Fees

• Programme fees, duration, session count and inclusions are confirmed in writing before payment.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees. Tax treatment, where applicable, is shown on the official invoice.
• Fees are payable only against an official DeshWin invoice or approved payment link. Never transfer fees to a personal account.
• Payments for coaching, memberships, tournament registrations and approved services are recorded with a receipt and transaction reference.

Failed payments

A failed or incomplete payment does not create an enrolment or reserve a place. If an amount is debited but not reflected, contact us with the transaction reference and date so it can be reconciled with the payment provider.

Cancellations and refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on the programme, the notice period and the sessions already delivered, as set out in the enrolment confirmation.
• Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel after internal approval and may take the provider's normal processing time.
• Missed sessions are reviewed with the family. Make-up sessions or credits apply only where the confirmed programme terms provide for them.
• If DeshWin cancels a programme or cannot deliver confirmed sessions, a suitable alternative or a proportionate refund is offered.
• Tournament entry fees may be non-refundable once draws or fixtures are published, as stated in the event terms.

Raising a billing concern

Write to info@deshwinsports.com with the player name, programme, invoice or transaction reference and the concern. We will acknowledge the query and review it with the academy and finance teams.

Child safety & image consent

Children and young people have the right to take part in sport in a safe, respectful and well-supervised environment.

• Sessions are planned to be age-appropriate, with suitable supervision, equipment and venue conditions.
• Coaches are expected to maintain professional boundaries and follow safeguarding expectations as a condition of their role.
• Parents and guardians should share relevant medical, accessibility or safety information before the first session.
• Identifiable photographs or videos of minors are published only with parent or guardian consent. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.
• Student phone numbers, personal records and attendance information are not published on this website.
• Any concern about the safety or conduct of a coach, participant or venue should be reported immediately to the academy team so it can be reviewed and escalated appropriately.
